Michelle Nguyen is the founder and CEO of PLA Beauty Inc., a global professional beauty supply company, and TAD Beauty Inc., the world’s first 3D printed DIY lash system made in the USA. An entrepreneur at heart, Michelle started her career as a lash artist in 2006. She built a vertically integrated beauty enterprise spanning five overseas manufacturers in Vietnam, a 70,000 square foot warehouse in Nevada, and multiple innovative product lines. With nearly two decades of industry expertise, she has positioned PLA and TAD Beauty at the forefront of professional beauty innovation; redefining standards for lash professionals and consumers worldwide.
