Mr. Fuess is a Licensed Professional Civil Engineer with 30+ years of post-university experience in roadway capital improvement program management; traffic engineering; supporting metropolitan planning organizations (MPOs); traffic operations; roadway design; encroachment permit processing; coordination with land developers; management of highway maintenance activities; management of field construction activities; roadway related administrative tasks; providing customer service to internal & external clients; coordinating with internal & external stakeholders; and personnel management. He has prepared and managed the preparation of various engineering reports along with Plans, Specifications and Estimates (PS&E). He has been responsible for operation of traffic signal systems and intelligent transportation systems.’
